Rosemary

Hazel from Albany

Rosemary is the universal sign of remembrance. We often use it as committals at a funeral service and it leaves a beautiful fragrance on your fingers. We are very blessed to have access to several bushes as well as growing our own onsite, so are able to provide this for families at no cost.

A plea from Friends of Sherwood this Christmas is to BEE KIND to ALL ANIMALS . . . and what better way than to sign the PETITION calling for a REFERENDUM about 1080 and other cruel poisons, such as PAPP, that is used to target our most beloved companion animals, our cats?

People wanting to help stop this torture can find out where to go to sign the petition, or how to collect signatures themselves over the holidays, by visiting this web site . . . stop366.wordpress.com... . . . and check out further details on the page headed 'REFERENDUM 2020' - because if they gain the support of 10% of registered voters, or around 320,000+ signatures, then it will trigger a Citizens Initiated Referendum, which would be best held with the General Election in 2020, to keep the cost to a minimum.

They are well over halfway in reaching that target, despite continued obstruction from 1080 supporters, who have a gang of trolls targeting their FB pages, and blocked their float in both the Clevedon and Manurewa Santa Parades; while children in both Devonport and Browns Bay were delighted to see all the animals, The Christmas Fairy, Queen Bee, Madame Salami and an absolute bask - or float - of crocodiles, as a group of them are called . . . CROCODILES ROCK!

MERRY CHRISTMAS
