A Voice & Movement Workshop for adult singers ❤️

Jorgelina from Unsworth Heights

Hi neighbours,

I’m a local vocal coach and Feldenkrais® practitioner, and I’m running an online Voice & Body workshop on Saturday 30th August at 10:30 am.

It’s a 90-minute session where we’ll gently explore the body–breath–voice connection. In this opportunity, we will focus on the connection between the pelvis and the voice... that's where true and effortless power comes from!

The aim is to help singers (whether you’re in a choir, sing casually, or just enjoy using your voice) feel more ease, resonance, and freedom when singing.

🕒 90 minutes – with a recording if you can’t attend live
💰 $37 early bird until Aug 20 ($47 after)
📍 Online (so you can join from anywhere)

If you’d like to learn more or book a spot, here’s the link:

Would love to have some friendly local faces join in! 💜

Warmly,
Jorgelina

Aucklanders, we want to know: How are you feeling about the current property market?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

New Zealand homeowners are now more likely to sell at a loss than at any time since 2013, and if you’re in Auckland or Wellington, the odds are even higher.

But there is a silver lining: buyers are still in a strong position when it comes to negotiating prices.

So we’re curious…
How are you feeling about the current property market?

If you’re keen to dive into the details, Deborah Morris breaks down all the latest insights.
