Connecting with Your True Authentic Self

The team from Auckland Women's Centre

Want to become the best version of yourself? Join this two-part series with tools and techniques to help you connect to your true, most authentic self. Through aligning towards our true authentic self, we empower ourselves in new effective ways so that we can experience more success in our life.

This class will help you to develop a deep and authentic relationship with yourself. Joanna will teach tools and techniques for connecting with and rebalancing the self, rewriting subconscious programming, bringing awareness to how we may unintentionally disempower ourselves. Ultimately, the workshop aims to leave you with your unique blueprint to bring successful, fulfilment and happiness is your life.

Joanna Walden is a consciousness visionary, transformation coach, speaker and author of The Inside Hustle: A Mystical Misfit’s Travel Adventure Into The Unknown. Her debut novel is the rock n’ roll version of transformation. It’s sex, drugs and spirituality and the comedy of errors of her search for ultimate truth and purpose. It’s a confronting, honest and humorous account of her journey of personal evolution, which took Joanna on a rollercoaster ride of adventures to sacred sites and visceral energy experiences around the globe. www.joannawalden.com...

Some Choice News!

Kia pai from Sharing the Good Stuff

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.

Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?

Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
