New Zealand's newest military helicopter spotted in Auckland
Hi neighbours. New Zealand has a new Black Hawk US military helicopter, purchased by helicopter company Kahu NZ. Black Hawks have been used during a number of conflicts around the world, including in Iraq, Afghanistan and Somalia - but rest assured, this one will be used for heavy lifting, including electric pylons and jobs within the forestry industry.
The helicopter departed from the Marsden Wharf yesterday afternoon and is heading for Ruapehu.
