New to the club, introducing our Trap Bar.

A great alternative bar to progress your deadlift strength with out overloading your lower back! Have a chat to the team about proper use before using.

🚨As we are upstairs please try reframe from dropping the weights/barbells. We have padded mats to use to take the impact for deadlifts / power movements. We want to keep our neighbours happy 🤣🚨
