Tuesday-Thursday 8.45 am to 3.15 pm


St John’s Presbyterian Church, Papatoetoe is seeking a highly organized and detail-orientated multi-tasker to join the team. The church is an important part of a diverse community where all are made welcome and can connect with people from all walks of life. The community centre runs programmes for the disability sector and wider community, in partnership with Aorere College Adult Education Programme.
As an Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration of the parish office in Papatoetoe, handling tasks of the parish office including (but not limited to) financial account management, coordinating the community course programmes, greeting and assisting visitors and providing secretarial support to the Minister.
