Community Meeting regarding the Sale of Waipuna Hotel
The Mt Wellington Licensing Trust (MWLT)is holding a public meeting September 25th at Waipuna Hotel and Conference Centre, 58 Waipuna Road, Mt Wellington at 6pm.
This is the Mount Wellington and Panmure Community opportunity to ask questions regarding the sale of the Waipuna Hotel & Conference and Panmure Historic Hotel Queens Road. Today the MWLT announced that the Waipuna Hotel and conference centre has been sold to Prime Properties.
These properties are owned by the community and the Licensing Trust trustees did not have a mandate from this community to sell the properties.
