The technician can confirm system operations such as bypassing, changing or adding codes and setting the date and time if requested.
Any issues found on the service will be raised with the client before replacement unless previously authorised.
If the client is present the report will be signed as completed.
A written report will be emailed to the client from our office after the maintenance report is completed.

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
