Habitat for Humanity are pleased to announce the opening of their newest Restore at 131 Pilkington Rd, Panmure tomorrow at 9am. Come along and purchase new and preloved items 50-90% below retail. Marilyn and her team look forward to meeting you. At Habitat for Humanity we believe every person deserves a decent place to live. All proceeds from our Restores go towards our assisted home ownership programme, minor repair service and global villages. Recently we have also been commissioned by Auckland Council to undertake free Healthy Rental Assessments in the Tamaki board.
Auckland Harbour Bridge summer works
NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi is carrying out essential maintenance on the Auckland Harbour Bridge this December and January. The southbound clip-on lanes will be closed (24/7) from 26 December to 5 January for road resurfacing. Night-time lane restrictions will be in place throughout the summer for recoating work on the bridge. Traffic will still be able to travel in both directions at all times.
