My friend is looking for a place to rent in - ideally minor dwelling/barn conversion type set up not open to flatting or a room in a house. Will need secure off road parking ideally. Lovely down to earth guy, arborist, reliable tenant - tidy friendly and helpful. Please come back to me if you know of any options. Open to 1 bed or studio too or granny flat.
