We are not opposed to the development per se but Kainga Ora are behaving like corporate bullies with no concern for the impact the developments are having on neighbours. We have had numerous meetings and agreements have been reached but then they have just ignored those agreements and bulldozed their way forward. Indeed they have carried on with illegal installations (lighting) and I have had to ask the Auckland Council to intervene. I would be keen to hear from others who have had similar experiences with Kainga Ora (HNZ). Something needs to be done to stop this terrible corporate misbehaviour from a Government entity.
