GROUP FITNESS CLASSES
Hi Everyone! My names Jo and I've taught pump and aerobics within the Eastern Suburbs for may years now at a variety of gyms. Recently I have gone independent and started my own classes in Greenlane.I have been offering evening classes and now that I have a full set of pump equipment I'm looking to branch out and do some day time classes (for when the kids are at school!). Being independent there are no weekly gym fees you can just pay for the classes you attend! ( $10 per class or $85 concession of 10) Everybody is welcome at any level I am a fully qualified personal trainer as well as a fully trained group fitness instructor (I have previously won a National Fitness Life Award for group fitness instruction) so I am easily able to modify any work out to suit your needs/injuries. I'm trying to find out if anybody would be interested or what days or times would be suitable. Pump class is a total weights class which increases weight loss and increases body tone, A great complimentary workout to those who already walk or run. I look forward to hearing your feed back!

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
