Missing Cat
Does anyone recognise this cat? He looks to be a rag doll and not in good shape with his fur and always hungry. He’s been hanging out with my fur boys and makes himself at home but I think he’s lost. Have asked around the neighbours but they don’t recognise him. I’ve just moved into Ada St . Am trying to catch him to take to the vet to see if microchipped but he shoots off and his matted fur makes him flinch when touched it seems . He’s a lovely nature but needs to find his owners. The Environmental Protection Authority announced this week that a proposed mine in Central Otago (near Cromwell) is about to enter its fast-track assessment process. A final decision could come within six months, and if it’s approved, construction might start as early as mid-2026.
