Stressed out? Mindfulness session offered in Remuera on Sunday

Eve from Remuera

Still a few spots left in this session: Have you or someone you know been affected by stress during the recent months? Mindfulness is known to help people navigate difficult times. I am hosting a one-off session to help people shift from ‘stress mode’ to ‘calm mode.’ Pay what you can afford. It is taught by me, Eve Rudkin, a local registered teacher of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, the world’s leading mindfulness program. I have listed the event here on Neighbourly, and you can find out more on my website everudkinmindfulness.co.nz. It is on Sunday 21 June 3-5 pm in Remuera. Contact me on everudkin@gmail.com to register a spot.
