Yoga classes!

Vic from Epsom

Private Yoga by Liz - highly recommended!!!

——————————

HELLO FRIENDS

My name is Liz Kerr and I am a fitness instructor offering Yoga, Pilates and Reflexology classes for individuals and groups around Auckland. I can also offer Pole Fitness training and classes upon request.

I am trained and qualified (NZ and overseas) in Yoga, Pilates, Reflexology, Pole Fitness, Aerial Fit, Massage Therapy, Aromatherapy.

After years of practising, I have recently started teaching my own community yoga classes in Auckland, and I want to continue teaching yoga and be able to share my passion with others.

I am yet to establish a studio, however in the meantime, I can offer individual private lessons (face to face or online), group lessons (corporate or community based), gentle yoga for the senior citizens (my passion), workgroups and events.

I am very flexible and can travel around Auckland. I would love to meet the likeminded people in the community and share my teachings and experiences.

Lots of Love, Liz xx

Some Choice News!

Kia pai from Sharing the Good Stuff

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.

Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?

Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
