Looking to rent a 3 Bedroom home or apartment with yard, near the city (Ponsonby; Grafton; Pt Chev; Balmoral) for a friendly family of 4. Ideally pet tolerant for a cat and small (partially blind) rescue dog. Off street parking preferred. Currently the family is living in 2 bedroom apartment in Eden Terrace (without pets) that will be rented when suitable rental accommodation found :) Current apartment has 2 x undercover parks.
