St Andrews Strawberry Fair 2019 Saturday 9th November 9am
The highlight of the spring fair calendar returns once again on the second Saturday in November. White Elephants, Books, Candy Floss, Plants, Sausage Sizzle, Bouncy Castle, Homemade Jams and Cakes, chocolate dipped strawberries...plus this year there are 3 new stalls including fresh strawberry ice creams, market vegetables and coffee and a slice. The St Andrew's 2019 Strawberry Fair promises to be even better than ever! Something for everyone to enjoy!

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
