A unique offering here in the heart of New Lynn.

Fabulous flat corner site with 714m2 of freehold land.

The house is as pretty as a picture, a 1920's three-bedroom character home with polished wooden floors throughout. Open plan living and a separate bathroom, toilet and laundry. There is a freestanding garage and enough off-street parking for a car enthusiast.

But it's the options that make this property unique.

Option One - Move in and enjoy the peace and privacy that a large corner site provides.

Option Two - Use the already applied and approved consent to reposition the house and sell the
new vacant section.

Option Three - Relocate or build another house on the section for income, as a rental or for
extended family either way you can choose your neighbours.

Option Four - explore the avenue of removing the existing house and check with council as to how many you can build.

Whichever option you choose you will appreciate all the planning, consents and permits the current vendor is willing to part with.

So close to the hub of New Lynn with transport links, movies, shops and restaurants and easy
access to the motorway any of these options is sure to be a winner!

Don't delay, call today and make your next move your best move!

Fireworks are a ton of fun but carry real risks that need to be taken seriously. If you plan on lighting some here's some tips to keep everyone in your community safe and happy.

❌ 1. Never light fireworks in dry or windy conditions.

🔥 2. Only use fireworks in wide open areas, away from flammable items such as trees, grasses, gas tanks, and wood.

💦 3. Keep a bucket of water or hose nearby.

👧 4. Children should never light fireworks themselves and need to be supervised closely at all times.

🧰 5. Keep all unlit fireworks in a secure bag or container away from any source of fire until they are ready to be used.

📞 6. Be considerate and let neighbours know if you're planning to set off fireworks. Aim to finish at a reasonable time.

🐱 7. Keep pets comfortable and secure inside. The loud booms and flashing lights can easily scare them off.

🐮 8. Avoid lighting off fireworks around farm animals and be aware of any newborns or elderly neighbours who may also be affected. If possible, change locations to somewhere that minimises any disturbances.

🌿 9. Be a tidy Kiwi and let's work together to keep New Zealand beautiful! Clean up any any rubbish and leave your spot better than you found it.

SO, I've been having fun on this summer day. =D Enjoy!!!!!!!! =D
