How would your child enjoy a cute bedtime story that helps reducing anxiety, worries, fears and increase confidence?

Ildiko from Takapuna

Hi Wonderful Neighbours,

We know that Covid trauma/ anxiety, not only effected adults but kids too.

šŸ’„ I’m launching an integrated mindfulness based bedtime storytelling app based on my dog’s, Sunny adventures around the world! From NZ to Europe and beyond

šŸ§’ I’m looking for 10 kids (6-10yr) that would benefit from reducing anxiety, worries, fears and regulate emotions while increasing confidence as they’re enjoying a cute story about a super adorable doggie.
Building resilience early on through conscious programs serve kids well as they grow older.

šŸ‘If your child would like to be part of this opportunity or if you could recommend me a kid please comment ā€œresilient childā€ and I’ll DM you. Thank you so much

Poll: Are Kiwis allergic to ā€œexuberanceā€? šŸ„

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

In The Post’s opinion piece on the developments set to open across Aotearoa in 2026, John Coop suggests that, as a nation, we’re ā€œallergic to exuberance.ā€

We want to know: Are we really allergic to showing our excitement?

Is it time to lean into a more optimistic view of the place we call home? As big projects take shape and new opportunities emerge, perhaps it’s worth asking whether a little more confidence (and enthusiasm!) could do us some good.
