FOR SALE: Toyota FunCargo 2004 with hand controls & wheelchair hoist

Judith from Belmont

Toyota FunCargo 2004
REDUCED TO $3,500 - PRESENT ALL OFFERS
Car was installed with hand controls and a wheelchair roof hoist which has a hook that loops through a folded wheelchair, then it is controlled from a switch on the inside to raise it onto the roof.
A waterproof cover comes with car to put over the wheelchair if it raining. This cover was made for the dimensions of my wheelchair but would like to say it fits most other wheelchairs.
Overall great condition and has fitted my needs for the past 6 years. Selling as I have bought a new car. Recently had it valeted to sell it privately.
Feel free to leave any questions, will be updating auction with more photos to come soon. Have added a video of a demonstration on how the hoist operates.

Poll: Are Kiwis allergic to “exuberance”? 🥝

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

In The Post’s opinion piece on the developments set to open across Aotearoa in 2026, John Coop suggests that, as a nation, we’re “allergic to exuberance.”

We want to know: Are we really allergic to showing our excitement?

Is it time to lean into a more optimistic view of the place we call home? As big projects take shape and new opportunities emerge, perhaps it’s worth asking whether a little more confidence (and enthusiasm!) could do us some good.
