For today's session we focus on medicines and when to use them for colds and flu.
Always keep in mind that you should check with the pharmacist before purchasing ANY medicines and inform them of all your health issues and regular treatments.
Finally, if you find yourself seriously unwell or concerned about your symptoms, come and see us or book in to see your regular GP.
