You will need a decent wifi connection and it helps to enhance the audio to connect a speaker to your device. You can pin my video as the main view. I will change to a different speaker view for Q & A.

The class on Wednesday 17 June will include a sample of a range of accessible classical yoga practices including, asana, pranayama and meditation.
It's a great way to experience my teaching style and the depth of this systematic and holistic approach through Yoga.

Includes a Q & A component at the start and end of the class.

Time: 6pm - 7.15pm.

Auckland Harbour Bridge summer works

NZ Transport Agency (NZTA)

NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi is carrying out essential maintenance on the Auckland Harbour Bridge this December and January. The southbound clip-on lanes will be closed (24/7) from 26 December to 5 January for road resurfacing. Night-time lane restrictions will be in place throughout the summer for recoating work on the bridge. Traffic will still be able to travel in both directions at all times. Find out more
