Short term en-suite for rent Oct & Nov

Susanne from Little Mermaid Cleaning Services & Home Stagings

Furnished en-suite with a queen bed and single bed. Private bathroom, toilet, Netflix, fridge and two balconies with a feel leaving in a mini-resort is available October & November for

Got another smaller rooms available for less rent and longer term, sharing bathroom and toilet with two another exiting guys. More info if interested.

Very close to the beach, 2 minutes walk to Rothersay Bay beach and 5 minutes walks to Browns Bay beach and village with heaps of shops, cafes, restaurants ect.

House is large and got 3 living, lounge, dinning and kitchen area to share plus many decks and great outside area with swimming pool and bbq and table tennis.

The en-suite is per week $390 for one person +$80 for power, water and internet. Extra person per week $100.

The house is set up as a holiday house, why I'm a bit careful with long term renting. However, we can discuss further if you have more long term in mind.

If you wish to see one of the rooms, please call or text me to organize a time to visit.

Looking forward to hear from you :)

Some Choice News!

Kia pai from Sharing the Good Stuff

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.

Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?

Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
