Debbie from Elias Nutrition

Hi neighbours

I'm Debbie a registered clinical nutritionist based in Mairangi Bay, and I'm excited to let you know about the Shake it weight loss program.

Shake it is simple to understand and combines scientifically researched elements into a strategy that helps you lose weight, and most importantly maintain your weight loss for the long-term.

The initial phase is a 6-week intensive program designed to successfully kick start your weight loss journey. Pricing for this phase is $390.00 and includes all consultations over the 6 weeks, the Shake It recipe book, program booklet, and a Shake it shaker.
Shake It meal products, and supplementation are optional, and at additional cost, allowing the Shake It program to be tailored to you.

For more details I would love to chat with you, or if you prefer to find out more information yourself first, please check out the Shake it page on my website, or visit the official Shake it website.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Debbie :-)

Some Choice News!

Kia pai from Sharing the Good Stuff

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.

Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?

Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
