A New Year
As I left my corporate job in Dec due to big company restructures, I've decided I think it's time for me to have a change..... and it's pretty scary to decided what do I do next. Do I head back into the corporate advertising space where I work long hours? or do I take this time to share some of my passions to others. I've had limited time for me and time to exercise just doesn't come into it. While juggling two young kids 5 and 11, after school things on, my job..... I'm kind of thinking … I need to make a change. A change for me, my health, and my future.
This whole social media thing for me is slightly out of my comfort zone, but I thought I would it put it out there anyway. I've decided to embark on this new challenge, being healthier inside and out. For the next 30 days I'll be making a difference to me and I'd like to share this with you. I've attached a card that I received from my co workers and it really has resonated me " The World is my Oyster" - how true - I just need to make things happen.
Contact me or watch my journey - the more support I get I think it will be much easier - Cheers Sarah x

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?
Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
