Small Celebrations
Just before lockdown, I celebrated that I finally got a Class of Somatic Pilates to start at my home. The electric blankets were on under the mats, and we also had hot water bottles. I thoroughly enjoyed being able to teach in an intimate warm environment.
These were a couple of the comments I received for that first class,
“A beautiful movement and explorative experience. I was guided by Clare in the most supportive way that reflected my own body's needs and intuition. Thank you Clare.”
Friday mornings session was great, worked a treat and I could really feel movement benefits in my upper back and shoulders all weekend!
So fingers crossed, Im going to start again this Friday and am looking forward to meeting some new people in my local community that are interested in Somatic Pilates.
Congratulations Auckland on getting through another lockdown, hopefully, we wont have too many more!

Some Choice News!
Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?
Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
