Part Time Event Manager wanted
Event Manager wanted on a part time basis.
You will be working with a small but busy event management company delivering outstanding events over the next few months. We are launching a business awards process and the applicant will need to visit businesses in the Albert-Eden and wider Auckland area to encourage them to enter the Awards.
This role requires a confident, articulate person capable of conveying information to small business owners and recording outcomes.
Basic proficiency in the Microsoft suite in needed as is the ability to work independently.
Experience in a event management/ customer service based role would be a bonus.
Starting from next week the approximate hours will be 10-15 hours per week during March - July. The work time is largely flexible but by its nature must be completed within 9am - 7pm Monday - Fridays.
You will be seeking sponsors, nominations and managing the entry process for three major business awards across the Auckland region and assisting with other events. If you think you would be an ideal fit for the role, APPLY NOW!!
