Room for Rent

Mubashir Neighbourly Lead from Mount Roskill

A bright and airy independent room with large windows and inbuilt cupboard overlooking the front lawn and Mount Albert road is up for rent. Our longtime housemate moved out as she'll be living with her partner.

The room is part of a 3 bedroom house with a big backyard. Three kings pharmacy, countdown, laundromat, library all in walking distance and a buss stop at the doorstep. The housemate will share the kitchen, laundry and bathroom with a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. It's a pet and smoke free home.

Please message me for further details and to arrange viewing.

Some Choice News!

Kia pai from Sharing the Good Stuff

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.

Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?

Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
