Have dogs been picked up in your area?

Hi neighbours, a 2-year-old dog called Normi is missing. There have been reports of someone picking him up after he wandered from his home on Mountain Rd in Epsom. Have you seen Normi? Have there been other missing dogs in your area that have been picked up? What are your thoughts on this?
