Rising price of food
This is not a local matter but I have to have a rant.
I am flabbergasted that some person presented on the news tonight stating that the high international prices for dairy was " good for the economy" even if we (consumers) are at a point when we can't afford to buy these foods which are produced here. I have not bought steak for some months now as it is ridiculously expensive. Butter is off the menu. Who in the economy is it good for?
