Stolen car blue Toyota Aqua from our residence
Hi everyone, our car that was less than a month old was stolen off our driveway last night on Zefiro Drive, Massey approximately 9.30pm. Because the Toyota Aqua is a hybrid, it was very, very quiet and practically noiseless. We were in the living room downstairs and heard a small sound but thought it was something else outside and didn't think to check the car. This morning there was visible glass shards on the ground so we suspect the passenger window was broken into.
We are absolutely gutted as we only just got it and was trying to do the responsible thing of getting a hybrid vehicle, only to have it stolen off our driveway. We have reported it to police and it is insured, but we just wanted to let the neighbours now and if you could please keep a lookout for a blue Toyota Aqua abandoned anywhere with the number plate PAU500. Picture included for reference.
