Road Works noise night of Saturday 13th January
Was anyone else woken up/kept awake by the noise from the road works aroung the Royal Rd interchange last night? We live off Triangle Rd and a fair way from the interchange, however the constant thumping (like pile driving) woke us up at aound 2 am this morning and kept us awake. For those who live on Makora Rd and near the overbridge on Royal Rd...did NZTA or the contractors do a mailbox drop prior to last night advising of the possible noise/disruption? Also, did anyone ring NZTA or Auckland Council to complain and, if so, what response did you get?

Keep an eye on this guy, pretended to read the water meter, then wandered up the drive crowbar in hand when I asked what he wanted he said power and is there a dog.We have smart meters. He opened my neighbours gate (we are 3 units) and went in the back of her place with his crowbar. My son went round there and he took off. Police informed.
