Western train services - jam-packed evening expected Friday 29 March
On Friday 29 March, a National Remembrance Service for the victims of the Christchurch terror attack is being held at Eden Park.

With the service being held on a Friday afternoon, people leaving Eden Park will be doing so during peak evening traffic and when public transport is at its busiest.

This means the western train services will be significantly busier than usual. If possible, it is recommended that you travel off-peak to avoid delays.

Over the next few weeks we'll be introducing the amazing wahine who have accepted the challenge of our Trek to Transform trip to Vietnam which will take place in April.

First up - The amazing Dee Paranihi!

As a loved employee of the Graeme Dingle Foundation, Dee couldn’t pass up the amazing opportunity to explore Vietnam and help kids across Aotearoa at the same time. "We can all learn to believe what we have inside is greater than the things that stand in front of us, but we need to teach our kids this, we are not necessarily born thinking that way."

To find out more about Dee and how you can support her in this worthy cause visit dinglefoundation.org.nz...

Hi everyone,
I am conducting Indian classical dance for kids age 4-10 years, starting March 10th. It will be 45 minutes class comprising of warm up, cool down, conditioning excercise, yoga, dance routine, enriching kids knowledge on Indian culture along with dance. Small class so kids get individual attention on establishing the right postures and poise. The beauty of dance and expressions are blended with rich Indian cultural heritage. Message me if you are keen and I can set up a trial class.

Thanks,
Richa

Now this is either going to swing one way or another. I pray that it is going to be positive.
We all have very strong feelings one way or another for any gangs in New Zealand (and internationally).
Putting those aside, the haka they performed in Christchurch was fantastic, this current offer of guarding the Hamilton Mosque, and other offers shows that there is support, solidarity and compassion in these hardened criminals.👍👍
To quote from this article, "It's not the first offer of support from New Zealand gangs. Multiple members from different groups have joined together to show their grief, laying flowers at memorials around the country."
I extend my heartfelt thanks to them for this magnificent gesture.
I do pray that they can teach and/or pass this sincere heartfelt sign of kindness & compassion to their young ones and to the rest of their gangs who feel a bit nervous about being in the public knowing how most of the public feel about them.😊
There are lessons to be learned by all of us, compassion is so easy to give and to receive, and there is more than enough love to go around 10 times over for each and everyone of us.
💞 Kindness, compassion & above all, love is what we New Zealanders are all about 💞
