Police operation underway: Highbrook - Counties Manukau
Police are closing a section of the Southern Motorway (SH1) due to an ongoing operation.
Southbound lanes between Princes Street East and Highbrook Drive are being closed. The incident is occurring in a walkway adjacent to the southbound lanes.
This is out of an abundance of caution for motorists while the operation is carried out.
Police will provide further details in due course.
