If you have at least one of the following symptoms: cough, sore throat, runny nose, shortness of breath, loss of smell or fever go and get tested. A list of testing clinics in South and East Auckland are on the ARPHS website: bit.ly... Call your family doctor or phone Healthline on 0800 358 5453 if you need health advice.

Remember - you've got this! Wash your hands, keep track of where you go on the NZ COVID Tracer app and get tested if you’ve got any of the symptoms.

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
