Littering from Moving Car - KAS385
At 6pm tonight, I have again witnessed the driver of a car throw a pile of papers/rubbish from their car on Carruth Road, Papatoetoe near the intersection of Elizabeth Street. It was like they emptied their waste paper basket onto the road! The car is a black or charcoal grey Mitzubishi SUV registration number KAS385 heading towards Manukau. I raced up behind it to get the make of car, but I could not read it and I could not catch the car .... it was speeding. I have reported it via email to Auckland Council.
Poll: Have you ever been bullied?
People associate bullying with children in schools, but it can actually stretch beyond childhood to workplaces or neighbourhoods.
This Friday is Pink Shirt Day, which began in Canada in 2007 when two students took a stand against homophobic bullying after a new student was harassed for wearing pink. People across the globe are now encouraged to wear pink on this day to take a stand against bullying and promote inclusivity.
