When : Start Tuesday 19 March.
Tuesday & Thursday weekly.

Time : 9:30am - 10:30am

Where : Rongomai Reserve / Zero-2-100 Gym

Who : Open to Women of ALL Fitness Level (targeting beginners especially).
This is a chance for all Females out there who would like to get back to fitness training but find it hard to get themselves started and motivated and for the Mums who would like to do some training after morning school drop offs. Here is your opportunity!

What : 6 Weeks Bootcamp Training Programme, Tuesday & Thursday.
Sessions will cover Strength & Cardio Training.
Every training session is different!!

Cost : $180.00
* 12 Group training sessions, 1hr per session.
* Nutrition Advise / Plan if needed
* Weighing & Measurements
* 2 Free PT 1on1 Sessions (worth $70)

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
