Ponsonby Primary School and buildings in the 1960's, what are your memories ?

Steve from Albany

I attended Ponsonby Primary School in 1962- 63, have great memories of Ponsonby Road with the trolley buses, passing Lambournes, Velva Dry Cleaners, the old Britannia picture theatre etc. I even worked for Velva Dry Cleaners and Marriotts grocery store as a young teenager, we lived in 7 Cowan Street and that is the street with the Anglican church on the corner (All Saints Church). Share your memories and photos in here :-)
