Natural Winter Wellness Class
Hi there,
Are you wanting to learn how to bring more natural options into your home?
Then this is the class for you!
I will show you how you can support yourself and your family during the cold winter months using doTERRA essential oils.
You will learn natural ways to:
• support your family's immune system over winter,
• reduce toxins with natural cleaning and fragrance solutions,
• support for the whole family's health and wellness and,
• get rid of the winter bugs that may be hanging round your home.
10-11am - Introduction to doTERRA essential oils (Free) - where you will get to smell the oils, learn about the oils and how to use them safely and effectively and have the opportunity to purchase oils to start on your own journey into a more natural toxin-free life.
11-12pm - Make and Take ($30) - where you will make your own essential oil based products to take home.
- Hand sanitiser spray
- Foaming hand wash
- 2 x Roller bottle blends of your choice to support you over winter.

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
