The Power of Community
Hi all,
Just wanted to thank you for inviting me to become a Neighbourly Lead role for Schnapper Rock.
I'm honored to be chosen for such an awesome community, just this evening I witnessed the awesome power of social media and community to reunite missing/stolen items - not only to our community but to a wider one.
We have recently noticed numerous reports of suspicious behaviour taking place in Schnapper Rock ... so please firstly, look after yourselves, your family, your property, please check in with your neighbours ... trust your gut - film record report to police ... stay safe .... I welcome any other additional ideas to ensure our community remains safe for our kids :-)

Some Choice News!
Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?
Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
