Helpful tips on HEALTH for everyone 3 – Motor Homunculus
Your HEALTH is in your HANDS!
‘Korean Hand therapy’ is for everyone!
Look at this interesting picture friends. It’s called ‘Motor Homunculus’ or ‘cortical homunculus’. What is it? What does it tell us about? A Canadian doctor found out that our hands are very closely related to our body. And a picture shows a visual representation on how our brain prioritizes our body. So it is proved that there is a very high concentration of neurological connection between the hands and the brain.
What does it mean to us? Is there benefit we can draw from this?
Yes there is! One hand is a tiny version of our whole system or a micro-cosmos of the body. And our physiological function is regulated by stimulating these points. So we can easily improve many conditions from muscular to internal, women’s, etc. just using our hands which is all about ‘Korean Hand therapy’.
Next Thursday (March 7) I will show you guys another interesting picture, ‘Hand therapy chart’.

Poll: Are Kiwis allergic to “exuberance”? 🥝
In The Post’s opinion piece on the developments set to open across Aotearoa in 2026, John Coop suggests that, as a nation, we’re “allergic to exuberance.”
We want to know: Are we really allergic to showing our excitement?
