Letting Fees - Legislative Update
Have your say about the charging of letting fees. In March the Government introduced a Bill which would prohibit the charging of letting fees to tenants.
The Social Services and Community Committee is seeking feedback on the Residential Tenancies (Prohibiting Letting Fees), Amendment Bill.
You can make a submission through the Parliament website. Submissions close on Wednesday 23 May 2018.
