Eeek 4 days to go! But don't panic as Dad said "She'll be right", and you will be right if you want something super quick and easy for father's day, that your Dad might require!
Does Dad suffer from low back pain, achy joints, sore feet, shoulders screaming, or simply STRESSED out from work? Does Dad just soldier on and put up with it?

Psssst...what if he doesn't need to anymore! We can help! We have 3 spots available this Sunday at Hobsonville Clinic to see if Dad would actually try massage therapy to reduce those aches and pains or stress he is feeling and we bet he will FEEL much better. It can be so hard putting up with pain or a high work load that just does not stop!! It really affects you mentally as well as physically. You may already notice he is not able to do the things he enjoys?

We make no promises of a cure, but we do make a promise that together we can assist in getting Dad some pain relief or some time out. Massage therapy is so underrated and we have had Dad's leave us feeling so much better and glad they had found massage therapy to assist them. We make sure we listen to Dad's story and how it affects him in his daily life, we look to address those specific areas to provide relief and calm everything down, making it less sensitive and sore. Do you think your Dad would benefit? It could be a neat father's day pressie I bet! Give Dad an opportunity to experience what a professional massage therapy session can do for him this Sunday. $10 off for first time appointments! Book online at www.topnotchmassage.co.nz...

I recently vacated a rental property on Cyclarama Crescent owned by a Chinese lady. When we broke our fixed term agreement by mutual agreement she decided to enlist a property management agency called Dependable Property Management form Hillcrest North Shore.

This man from the agency was a complete nutter he did not communicate with the owner about our agreement and he came to meet me with a 21day notice agreement already signed by him so all I had to do was sign it and I did.

2 days later after signing 21day notice to vacate he tried to cancel this notice period by trying to fool me and telling me that because he made a mistake I had an ethical duty to stay at the property until he found new tenants.

I have moved out now and we did a final inspection last Monday 21/08 after leaving the previous Friday. Everything went smooth with the final inspection as he was pleased with how we cleaned the 5bedroom spotless and even mowed lawns and did the gardens without any hired help.

Now DPM wants to dispute our bond in court because apparently we left the house in a unclean manner and left rubbish at the property.
The nice new family there has a son with allergies and they forced them to move in earlier than there original agreement and they had to re-clean the house to suit their needs. That does not fall on me!!

My post is to encourage all Renters to not give up. Take your landlords to the tenancy tribunal if you have to. They let them win.

Agencies will try everything to get you to pay for something that you do not need to.

Be a Charity Hero and get in free, plus perks or FUNdraise to your own target and still be a hero!
New Zealand Red Cross works in communities across Aotearoa and around the world to help improve the lives of vulnerable people. Whether it’s responding to disasters like the Kaikoura earthquakes and the Edgecumbe flooding, teaching life-saving skills to children, delivering a hot meal, supporting former refugees or providing a lift to hospital, our volunteers and members are doing good things in neighbourhoods around the country and overseas. By choosing to run for Team Red Cross, you will ensure we can be here for good to help the people who need it most.

When you commit to being a Charity Hero and running for Team Red Cross and raising funds you get:
• Free entry into your chosen race
• A really cool Red Cross Dri-Fit runners t-shirt
• Fundraising pack, full of tips and advice, plus professional one-on-one support from Red Cross staff
• Training guides for all levels
• Sports massage voucher when you reach $500 in donations
• Free transport (ferry or coach) to the race start location
• Personalised charity photograph, race bib and thank you certificate

• Post-race celebration at our Red Cross tent in Victoria Park, where you can relax, enjoy a meal and chill out with family and team mates

If you don't think you can raise $1,000, no worries! You can still register to run for Red Cross as an 'own place runner'. Own place runners do not receive their registration for free and you can set your own fundraising target.
