BUT alas at every turn we have some bureaucratic idiot that wants to put a spanner in the works. I can't say too much at the moment as I have to attend tribunal on Friday. But believe me when this is over I will have that much to say that you will be sick of me. I don't usually do this sort of thing, but it's probably about time I did have my say.
