Has a past negative experience put you off singing?

Sarah Frayne from Waitakere Voices Choir

There are so many people who have shared stories with me about being put off singing when they were young - even though they secretly love to sing!

It could have been a careless word from a well meaning family member, a grouchy singing teacher who told you to mime during the school song or just the fact that your voice changed and you weren't quite sure what would come out of your mouth when you tried to sing.

Whatever the reason don't let past experiences put you off doing something that you love or that you have always wanted to try!

At Waitakere Voices choir we welcome people from all backgrounds and all musical abilities. There is no judging or shaming here!

So come along on Tuesday 5th Feb to our free "give-it-a-try" evening - 7.15pm at ACG Sunderland School in Henderson.

For more info email wvoiceschoir@gmail.com or just come along!

So we’re curious…
How are you feeling about the current property market?
