Science Proven Mindfulness Beyond Meditation To Help You Thrive

Ildiko from Takapuna

We can consider ourselves lucky by having had such a short lockdown compared to other countries around the world.

Regardless of the length, many businesses have suffered/ are suffering as a result of Covid.

The mental impact is huge, so as the impact on our bodies.

The question I’ve asked myself was “how can we thrive in such an environment”?

So I put together a FREE presentation (I’m NOT selling you anything!), simply want to offer you my professional knowledge on the subject if you’re interested.

I’ve done the same presentation for Princeton University in the USA, and this is what they said.

“Thank you so much for speaking to our employees.  Your presentation was wonderful.  The fact that you drew so many people to the meeting when it started ‪at 4:00pm‬ our time speaks volumes to your vast talent and appeal.

I've received a number of unsolicited emails from participants who sang their praises for you, a few already asking if you'll return in the spring.

I do hope that you will consider a repeat performance.

You.  Are.  Awesome.

Matt Brzycki
Assistant Director of Campus Recreation, Fitness
Princeton University”

Did you know that Mindfulness is not just a theory but one of the most well-researched area in the scientific world?!

It’s now used in Psychology, Neuroscience and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy.

Title of my presentation:
Science Proven Mindfulness Beyond Meditation- The Ultimate Guide to help You Thrive In The Last Quarter

Date: 15th October
Time: 3pm-3:30pm

If you’re interested to join, please PM me for the link.

Some Choice News!

Kia pai from Sharing the Good Stuff

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.

Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?

Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
