Compliance officers have found fences and signs at closed off tracks in the Waitakere Ranges have been continously vandalised.

My name is Katya Narkulova. I am a swimming instructor with 2 years experience and I have my level 3 teaching in Aquatics qualification. I have been involved in competitive swimming, water polo and synchronised swimming from age of 8.
