Development at 13 Cresta Ave and 96 Beach Haven Rd

John Gillon from

You may have heard of concerns raised by the Beach Haven community at a large development of 81 apartments proposed to be built across 13 Cresta Ave and 96 Beach Haven Rd, which are currently zoned for one dwelling each. As well as a breach in the number of dwellings, there are also breaches to height rules for all buildings.

Local residents have organised a public meeting this Thursday 19 January from 7pm to 8:30pm at the Beach Haven Residents Hall: fb.me...

The proposal is open for public submissions until Friday 3 February. View and submit here: www.aucklandcouncil.govt.nz...
