The Heart Foundation is hosting the free session from 5 pm to 6 pm at 9 Kalmia St, in Ellerslie, Auckland.
Cardiologist Dr Andrew Martin will talk about understanding and managing the condition, medical treatments and how to keep well.
You will have the chance to share your own experiences and to ask questions.
