Exercise, relax and synchronise your body and mind in Parnell Community Centre's Healthy Body and Mind classes.
We offer a variety of classes in this series including:
π§ Hatha Yoga (Beginners + Continuing)
π Pilates (Beginners, Continuing, Early Bird + Online)
π Tai Chi (Beginners, Continuing + Long Form & Weapons)

Hatha Yoga and Tai Chi are approved by ACC's Live Stronger for Longer programme. These strength and balance classes help prevent falls and fractures.
Term 3 classes start Monday 20th July. Enrol quickly to secure your place as these classes fill up fast! You can enrol on our website at www.parnell.org.nz... and learn in great company with friendly tutors.

Many New Zealand gardens arenβt seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days β the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, whoβs made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
